Items selling under $200

Our commission
You keep 60% of the final sale price.
Items selling $200 – $999
35%
Our commission
You keep 65% of the final sale price.
Items selling $1,000+
30%
Our commission
You keep 70% of the final sale price.
No Listing Fees
Photography, pricing research, marketing, and showroom space are all included in the commission. You pay nothing up front.
Paid When It Sells
We only earn when your item sells. Payouts go out by check or direct deposit within 5 business days of the sale.
Furniture Pickup
Large furniture? We offer pickup across the Acadiana area for a flat $45, deducted from your payout — never out of pocket.
The Fine Print (It's Short)
- Items are listed for 90 days, with a scheduled 10% markdown at day 45 if unsold.
- You can reclaim an unsold item any time before it sells — no charge.
- We confirm every price with you before your item goes up for sale.
