Bundle the small stuff

One coffee mug is not worth a listing; a matched set of dishes is. We group the smaller items into sensible lots so they sell instead of sitting, and we list the standout pieces on their own.

Moving and downsizing deadlines

Tell us your closing date or move-out day up front. We will build a plan around it and be straight with you about what can realistically sell in that window and what is better donated.

The donation option

Some things are genuinely worth more as a gift to a neighbor than as a listing. When that is the case we say so, and you can pass it along through our donation page instead.

What We Can't Take

We'd rather tell you up front than waste a trip. If you're unsure about something, call and ask — the answer is free.
